How to order

  • Choose a garment you love

    Pretty straight forward. We're all about self expression so find a style that sparks joy and we'll handle the rest.

  • Select a fabric

    Take your pick from our range of fabrics for your garment to be made in. Get in touch if you'd like something special that we aren't currently offering.

  • Add your measurements

    Accurate measurements are important so it's best to get someone to help you with this.

How do I measure myself?

To get the most accurate results it's best to have someone else measure you. See how to do it here.

Do you ship to my country?

If your country is not on the list, get in touch and I may be able to arrange something for you.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow up to 4 weeks for your custom order to be dispatched. Delays with postal carriers may occur and this is out of our hands. Tracked shipping numbers will be supplied to you.

Why do custom orders take so long?

Each garment is hand made to order. Every aspect of your order is designed, cut, sewn, packaged, and shipped by me. With one person running this whole business, I'm sure you can understand that a little extra time may be needed to get everything done perfectly for you to enjoy.

Can I return my garment if it doesn't fit?

Custom garments are made to fit your exact measurements and cannot be returned if the wrong measurements were supplied.

While I take extra care to check everything before sending it off, I may slip up sometimes. If the fault was on my end, and I mixed up the measurements then I will happily alter the garment for you at no extra charge.

I have an event coming up, can you make my garment in time?

If you need a garment by a certain date get in touch with me first to see if I can accommodate this. If I can fit you in, you will need to purchase a rush order.

What is a rush order?

A rush order is the option to purchase priority space in the production queue. This means that you can get your garment dispatched in 7 days instead of the usual 4 week lead time.

Delays with postal carriers may occur and are out of our control. Give Us Pockets is not liable for any orders that arrive late as a result of postal delays.
